The reason I am doing the 21 day program at Hello Dinner is because I found myself replacing real food with sugar. I ride my bike to work every day and used that as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted(Sugar) My biggest struggle has been trying to find activities that aren’t eating , since I used food as time-filler. The best thing about my first week is feeling better – because I am fueling my body the right way !

I was growing out of my clothes & tired of being the “Big Girl “ I was faced with the choice of buying bigger clothes or changing my lifestyle and that is why I am part of this program. My biggest challenge has been learning to eat and not being afraid of food. I also learned that is okay to be hungry for a minute! I am most proud of setting a better example for my daughter by taking better care of my body .

I joined the 21 day drop program because I was tired of feeling jiggly and exhausted all the time ! The hardest thing so far has been making time to eat – I have a very active job where I don’t take breaks , and I would skip meals during the day which led to me carb-loading snacks at night on the couch. Now that I am learning to make my bodies’ needs a priority , the biggest benefit is more energy ! I also feel really good that I am not neglecting myself – which is leading to better choices in all parts of my life. I also have lost 4 lbs this first week – and I am always satisfied , and not starving myself !
